About Kat's Coffees & More Kat's Coffees & More opened on Friday, September 13, 2002 by Kathleen Hand of Acampo, Ca. She found the best coffee roaster and dry mix supplier in the U.S.  Kat kept the costs of running this business for her consultants inexpensive so they wouldn't have to spend their profits on supplies. Kat is first and foremost a wife to her best friend Eric and mommy to their 3 children: Joey, 8, Markus, 6 and Emma 5. Now those children are in school, and Kat wants to be able to spend more time with them and with family outings.  Along with that she is adding Ebay auctions of baby and children's clothing and merchandising to her outside interests.
