We ABSOLUTELY Love the Baked Pecan Chicken mix. A few weeks ago I used it on Pork Chops instead of chicken and last night my boyfriend used Tilapia (fish) instead of chicken. Both turned out Awesomely yummy. I highly recommend trying both. Leila O - Consultant - 5/6/08

I have made this several times before & am pretty sure I have reviewed it. However, I didn't have evaporated milk last night so I mixed some sour cream with 2% milk. I used that to coat the breasts before putting them in the pecan mix. Wow, did that add a nice flavor to the chicken. The baked pecan is one of my favorite mixes anyway, but that added a nice little something to them. Colleen J - Consultant - 12/5/07

i also prefer the baked chicken mixes with sour cream versus evaporated milk. it just adds a great flavor to the chicken and I think it also makes the chicken more moist! Shannon S - Consultant - 12/5/07
