But the butter cream frosting!!!!!!!!! Oh, GOODNESS. It's PERFECT. I used to bake professionally before I got my diabetes diagnosis - and this stuff is as good as any recipe I ever had. Creamy, JUST the right amount of sweetness, spreads perfectly.  Lori S - Consultant 5/16/08
