OMG this is so good. I had been sent this for a gift quite awhile ago and Angel and I tried it tonight and oh man was it totally scrumptious. Definitely a hit in this house. I will have to order some real soon. Danette V - Consultant - 3/29/08

I personally love chocolate chip pie but don't make pie shells and don't like to buy them. These little peccadillo's on my part were NOT enough to keep me from trying the Chocolate Chip Pie mix.
I took two packages of the Chocolate Chip Pie mix stirred in 6 egg whites, the two sticks of melted butter (I will figure out a substitute for that next time) and added two cups of uncooked oats (adding some extra fiber and nutritional value). When this was well mixed I put it in a 13 by 9 Pyrex cake dish and baked at 325 until brown on top and done in the middle. (About 45 minutes or so). This cut up into bars that were wonderful. These would be easy to pack in lunches, for a picnic or pot luck. They were a lot like a blondie with chocolate chips in them. I honestly think that they could have been made with 1 stick of butter and 1 c. of applesauce. That will be my next variation. Anyway, these were very, very, very tasty. I enjoyed them very much and cannot wait to play with them again. Ardee-ann E- Consultant - 1/28/08

I made these for a stampin' chocolate party tonight; the consensus was that they were very good, not too sweet - which everyone enjoyed, because it was an evening party. :) I made them in muffin tins, and one mix did a healthy 12 servings. I used Pillsbury roll-out dough, and just cut out rounds with a big coffee cup to line the muffin tins. It took two crusts, but it was easy! Lori S - Consultant - 10/22/07
