Jalapeno Ranch Dip Recipes and Reviews

I made this for my husband Monday night and I could tell he really liked it. But how I know he REALLY liked it was when my son came home last night and said that on Tuesday Dad came to work and told all his employees about this GREAT dish his wife made for dinner last night! Here's what I did:

Venison Tenderloins - tenderize either by pounding or using commercial tenderizer dredge in flour and pan fry until almost cooking through.  Transfer to baking dish.  Make a mixture of 1 can cream of mushroom soup, about 3/4 cup sour cream and 1/2 packet of Kat's dip mix (I can't remember which one I used, but I'm sure ANY would work!)  Bake for about 45 minutes.  In the meantime prepare the mashed potatoes.  I confess....I used instant! LOL...ADD to the potatoes 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream mixed with the other half of the Kat's dip.

That's it!  Cherie S - Consultant - 9/11/08

I sliced tiny slices through potatoes but NOT QUITE to the bottom, creating a "fan look". Then I poured melted butter on top of the potatoes and then sprinkled with jalapeño ranch dip. Then I cooked the potatoes in the oven for an hour - it made a great taste and pretty presentation.  Cherie S - Consultant - 6/16/08

Here's another one! Grilling and tried a new one. Here's what I did: Make up foil packets with fresh vegetables and potatoes. Place a few pats of margarine or butter on top of them. Then sprinkle with Kat's Dip....I used Jalapeño Ranch.. CLOSE up the foil and place on the grill cooking until the vegetables are just tender. Be careful when opening the packets not to burn your hands. This tasted great!  Cherie S - Consultant - 6/14/08

I made the Jalapeño Ranch dip for my daughter who had dinner guests on Friday night. She said she put the dip and a tray of veggies out with the meal really intending to nibble on those after the meal, but they all LOVED the dip so much that it was gone even before they finished the meal!  Cherie S - Consultant - 5/19/08

Instead of using French onion soup when i make a pot roast I substitute the Jalapeño Ranch Dip Mix. YUM-O - Melissa - Customer

Mix the Jalapeno Ranch Dip with mayo and spread on chicken breast and bake. Makes delicious chicken. Can be hot so just use the amount of dip to your taste.
