I was going to fix potato wedges as well, and since we've just moved I couldn't find the particular spices I wanted for them. So I opened my Kat's coffees closet (no kidding) and found the Parmesan Basil dip mix. I cut potatoes into like 8 wedges each, put pats of butter on top, sprinkled with the shaken up dip mix (sort of heavy sprinkle) and baked in the oven with the chicken. YUMMY! It was extremely tasty.
