Shrimp Scampi Pasta Seasoning Recipe and Review

I thought that I would pass along what I fixed last night for dinner. I did a shrimp & vegetable stir fry using olive oil, heavy whipping cream and fresh squeezed garlic. I added the shrimp scampi pasta seasoning to the mixture and it was AWESOME!! Cheryl M - Consultant - 5/9/08

My family are HUGE pasta eaters!!! I decided to make the Shrimp Scampi for my husband and myself (while the little tots had "naked spaghetti"). It was fantastically easy to fix and filled the entire house with wonderful scents of seafood and seasonings!

I devoured my portion of the dinner, and when I asked my husband how he liked it (after his fourth helping ) he said it needed a little more juice. I agree with him. Next time I make it, I will save some additional boiling water from the pasta to mix in.

He also suggested that next time I should add some mushrooms and peppers to make it even better. Great idea honey! Lisa R - Consultant - 1/18/08
