I made this for dinner tonight. Now I have made this in the past with great results but tonight I tried something different. I have been experimenting with my crock pot because of my son's soccer practices weeknights. I followed the recipe as detailed on the package but added 1 cup of Minute Maid rice and an additional 1.5 cups of water. This made more of a stoup- (cross between a stew and a soup) We are eating it with tortillas almost like a taco filling, sprinkled with cheese. Yummy! Lori K - Consultant - 10/23/07
